Steven Besly, PC and its Principal Shareholder Steven Besly was proudly associated with the Collins Law Group, A Professional Corporation (A+ rated by Martindale Hubble) and Collins & Bassinger, PC  in Dallas since 2003.  Steven Besly has been licensed to practice in the State of Texas and Northern and Western Districts of Texas since 1998.  Steven Besly served as the Secretary of the Texas Residential Construction Commission’s Arbitration Taskforce which reported to the 79th and 80th Texas Legislature, and was the 2013 Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Speakers Committee and is a member of the Business, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Probate and Trust,  and Construction Sections of the State Bar of Texas.

Steven Besly helps form and incorporate Associations, Non-Profits and Businesses under Texas law. He uses his experience to provide Straight Talk Counsel to the owners and directors of these entities so that Clients can spend their time fulfilling their own goals instead of worrying about governance and regulatory issues.
